If you're looking for a pretty decent slice of life manga, I'd highly recommend Jahy-sama. It's cute, has pretty nice side characters, and Jahy herself is pathetically cute. The anime was ok, but I feel that the manga captures the actions and expressions a bit better in certain cases. In other news, I decided to try out a different style of shading. It came out better than I expected, but I still have a long way to go. I still have no clue how to do backgrounds, but I think the sort of duality theme fits with it.
