HE SHOULD BEEN IN MUGEN!!!! There only fewer Street Fighter EX character in MUGEN only afewer, we need Garuda to be in MUGEN instead of that 3D appearance model of him!

Hi, man, first, I absolutely adore your works, they are beautiful. I want to ask you something: would you please tell which program do you use to create this sprites or chars? I'm not interested in animating them at all, I just want to create them from zero. If you create them form zero or you use models of already created sprites I'd like to know which program or procedure in photoshop you use. I tried in photoshop but i have an issue with the eraser that erases softly, spoiling the efect of "hard" pixels. I'd like to ask you please this favour. Thank u.

Nice to see a new SFIII styled sprite from you again, you always do such a skilled job on them. Garuda is an unexpected surprise as the SFEX series doesn't get much attention, which is understandable all things considered. I always did like Garuda though since he has shades of Bishamon in his design. A very excellent sprite
