Hey everybody. It's me again. I know it's been a long time since I last uploaded anything, but...better late than never, right?

Anyway, keeping with my fan made Dalek colour scheme, I've got here my concept for a Chief Scientist. As you can imagine, this guy is head of all Dalek scientists, and presumably organises all their programmes, on orders from the Supreme Council, the Supreme himself or his court, or the Emperor. This guy, he's probably also an ex officio member of the Supreme Council, owing to the nature of his department.

Colours...I've seen a few designs on here for Chief Scientist Daleks/variants of the name thereof. One has a Scientist Commander with a black casing with light green slats, shoulder bands and hemispheres (www.deviantart.com/doctorwhoon… ); a 'Cheif Scientist' (sic) with green dome, shoulders and hemispheres and black everything else (www.deviantart.com/mrtogg/art/… ). And then, I have to admit I was inspired by a YouTube video: Doctor Who FA: Daleks - Squad Briefing (youtube.com) , which had a Chief Scientist/Elder, with Mark 1 casing, black dome and skirt, described like this.

Mine...yes, I took inspiration from the aforementioned video. Black dome and skirt, blue hemispheres...yes. Looks like the paint job for an early Supreme. But...yeah, I think it works.
