A quick *cough* three hour *cough* doodle.I wanted to fix the hands, but unfortunately I couldn't, because of some layer problems. And the same goes with the blood
But yea, the basic idea behind this drawing is:
The older bro is trying to sew his heart, broken by the death of the crying child (yes, I know that older bro bullied him, but c'mon, they're still brothers), back together, but can't do that because it's too soon and he isn't ready to get over the accident (hence the phrase "Tomorrow is not another day" and the blood).

This is such an emotional drawing and I love the story you've given it! I can totally see the big brother struggling with getting over his baby-brothers death, even if he did bully him..
