a little guy that has a difficult time sitting still and believes life waits for no one, Kulev is a bit of a wild card. possessing a very short attention span and more energy than he knows what to do with, he and Filomez get along like peas and carrots and are rarely separated from each other. both of them are innocent looking but obvious troublemakers, forcing the older crowd on the ranch to take special care in watching them whenever they're out and about. this can be a pain considering how large The Singing Sea is and how dark and dank the ranch happens to be.
when he gets a little too carried away, his tail drips poison. he tends to be pretty on top of it, but should he happen to get too excited for his own good, he can have a tough time controlling it.
the heart shaped bobble on his collar contains a bell; he has to wear it so the adults and the twins always know where he is.
he's quite a chatterbox
he's also pretty oblivious. if that could be his ability, it genuinely would.
