Description This is the fourth character Ensemble that I have concocted since forever. If you wish to see the first three, msg me or view my socials for both character designs and their LORE. As with tradition, I will cover all the characters in a brief paragraph of no less than four sentences. They will have their full name, as well as three trivial facts about them, keep in mind, the designs and premise of each character are not permanent and are subject to change in due time, either due to fit more broader concepts or because the creator watched too much youtube.

This is part 4 of my characters ensembles, if you wish to see them all, you can view them here:

Timothy Anderson Nephtur
Timothy is the eldest and adopted child of the Nephtur Family. Found in a desolate Orphanage by his soon to be adoptive parent, Aedale, He lived a life of solitude and was an outcast to the other children due to his appearance, having visibly dark crimson eyes and a faded, bleached hair color. Growing up in the Nephtur Household, he was taught compassion and lived a worthwhile childhood with his new siblings. At a point in time, he was given a pet bunny to soothe and comfort him. One day, his bunny suddenly vanished and grew dedicated to finding him, searching all he could. Eventually he discovered a bunny with remarkably similar characteristics to his, and he followed it as it tried to evade him, leading him to an outcropping, then to a ditch, where he found a cluster of bunnies. All were being cared for and Timothy’s bunny, or even the look alike, was no longer able to be found. He then wondered why the bunny abandoned him, then this thought later grew to why his original parents abandoned him, causing him to undergo a slight depressive state where he ponders of his purpose or the reason for his existence, lost in thought, he never wanted to address this to his adoptive mother or his siblings and decided to stomach it. To ease his mind, he often takes scarlet tonics that he later grew addicted to. In fact, he always has at least two shots of the tonic with him, usually as part of a necklace that he can use if he really needs a refresher or something to quench a thirst. He has long left the household to pursue modest goals and went to another country on the proposal of him being provided a great opportunity of having his origins be revealed.
  • Timothy’s pet bunny was named Mr. Penniesworth, being a white bunny with black stripes dotted around its body, especially one noticeably large one on the bunny’s right eye. To this day, he still does not know if he is still alive or not.
  • His headgear is an experimental knight visor that was gifted to him by one of his Fraternity Friends that he still keeps on his head to look fresh, and keep his hair in shape. It doesn’t necessarily do anything extraordinary, but can occasionally help him in certain situations, but most of the time, it is mainly for vanity purposes.
  • He prefers spears over swords or any other type of weapon solely for the facts that he can pierce targets within range and he does not need to stretch far or extend his reach to hit foes. He does use other weapons on occasion, but he most especially doesn’t like to use daggers or swords often.
Natalie Anderson Nephtur
Natalie is the “Middle Child” of the family, and also the most neutral, not wishing for anything too ambitious and yet very passionate for the things she wants to do. She carries a tomboyish nature and is not afraid to get physical in most situations, this behavior of hers is mainly sourced from her dedication to conquer her fears that she is still trying to overcome. As a solution to try to overcome her phobias, she adopted masculine-dominated hobbies such as gunsmithing, athletics, and video games, as to her mind, men had an easier time conquering their fears and if she adopted those hobbies she would better be ready to conquer her own fears. Over time, she allowed these once single-time hobbies become something she’d naturally return to as a means of having fun, allowing them to define her character. Although her fear conquering journey is still not even embarked on yet, she still is preparing for when she has to face it head on. She is also very fond of spiders and arachnids alike, making her quite “wield” to some accounts, especially to that of other girls, but she doesn’t mind it, if in the case she gets bullied for it, she could always put spiders on the bully’s hair.
  • Natalie is Absurdly and Extremely Necrophobic, she cannot handle the sight of a walking corpse and refuses to be near even a fake zombie or a mannequin that looks like one, less she cries and shrieks in fear. She is very much embarrassed by this trait and doesn’t want a lot of people to know about it.
  • In terms of her hobbies, Her favorite type of gun to handle and modify is the shotgun, preferably, the classic Remington 870, she is well adept at using that specific firearm, but she is a novice when handling any other type of gun. For athletics, she often takes various physical education courses as a compensative means to her not taking many vital or important classes in her school, she may not be the most experienced, but she is the most skilled. For video games, she prefers rhythm games where she could listen to music or tunes while testing her reflexes and reactions. Her least favorite genre would be match 3 games.
  • She has a particularly niche interest with spiders that she has a pet tarantula named crystal. She rarely ever shows him to her friends and knows very well it is the one effective deterrent that prevents Courtney from ever entering her room, as Courtney herself is very terrified of Crystal.
Courtney Anderson Nephtur
Courtney is the youngest child in the family, bolstering a zippy personality and amateurishly dyed orange hair. She prides herself as a young villain and often does petty, but harmless pranks. Her core inspiration for acting this way stems from her exposure to various hero cartoons she often watches after school, or tales of heroines she often stays up all night watching. She grew more fixated and fascinated by the villains of the story rather than the intended heroes she was supposed to praise, often she would emulate their behavior and copy the way they presented themselves. Her most favorite part was finding out how the villains planned on succeeding, and why they became criminals in the first place. As she grew older, her love of villains in the media later developed her interest in crime solving and forensics, sooner or later, she wanted a career as a detective. Though she had long shed her expressive attitude and noticeably zippy persona, she still has part of it inside her that rarely gets revealed as she thought it would be unnecessary and unprofessional. Her work mainly focuses on investigating perplexing behaviors and assessing criminal profiles. She rarely ever takes time off of work and is exceptionally proficient in her field of expertise. She often does the work herself as she doesn’t trust anyone else to do it for her, out of doubt that they missed something or overlooked a vital piece of evidence that she could have found easily.
  • I’ve ultimately provided her with a future design as she has little interaction or changes in the other characters’ stories other than Aedale. Her main story will take place in the future, long after the stories of the others are long completed.
  • While her future self has a stoic and less expressive demeanor, she does have a soft spot that breaks that mold and shows her inner thoughts of compassion, care, and love. A mold that men are unable to break.
  • She is a prankster and loves to play “Scare The Big Sister” Game all the time with Natalie, she also tries to vex Xerxes to some degree, but he rarely makes reactions, which bores her. The only exception to her tricks would be Timothy, of whom she looks up to.
Aedale Anderson Nephtur
A dime in a dozen motherly figure that has the role of field medic for the continental militia, Aedale Nephtur is the mother of all the protagonists belonging to the Nephtur name. After long losing her husband after his mandatory conscription to the government military, she had an overwhelming job to do that is raising her four kids all by herself. It was by motherly instincts and genuine care for her little ones that she persevered, maintaining that special charm and charismatic spirit even through the toughest times of both her and her children’s lives. Yet still, she feels a sense of failure somewhat, especially regarding the livelihood of one of her children. At the time, she was unable to care for him and mistakenly had him taken away from her. She never saw him since, and that took a toll on her. So much so that she overcompensates with her remaining children, often poking into what they’re doing or interrupting them just to know what their plans are and what they like to do, it often gets annoying. Still, she could not stomach the fact of having anything bad happen to them, as she did not want to repeat the same mistake she had done before. So, she resigned from her original job to take a more malleable occupation, using her experience as a medical expert and practitioner to find a comfortable role in the continental militia. She would often take “Patrol” routes that mainly would be situated around watching Natalie from afar and seeing if she would get into any danger. While her patrol squad often objects to her practices, she has a very convincing “attitude” that often silences any doubts. She only does this to Natalie as she is the only child of her’s that she can actually reach, as Timothy is in another country, (but communicates to her from time to time, which eases her worries for him) and to her, Xerxes remains missing till this day.
  • She is known to be very kind and patient, with several accounts about her being a very welcoming and caring individual. However, when a situation comes to involve her children or her methods of parenting, she can be quite easily upset and will throw outbursts regardless if the statement is meant to be complimentary or insulting.
  • In an original draft, her name was “Clarissa”, and her main role was simply to just be an overbearing mother with a Tavern keeper occupation who would die classic anime mom style. This was scrapped in favor of a more favorable position and role for her, and to avoid any clichés.
  • She homeschools Courtney and to kill two birds with one stone, brings her as a companion while she spies on Natalie. She often or not stores her in the traveling bag and lets her have fun with the surrounding area while she does her job. This often or not results in her taking random things from the environment and putting them in the traveling bag, much similar to how kids would put random products in the grocery cart when they’re shopping with their parents.
Xerxes Anderson Nephtur
Xerxes is the missing child of the Nephtur Family, being stowed away after his mother made a pernicious deal while under the influence that sealed his fate. After his extraction, he was situated in an off-shore boarding school that really tested his perseverance and integrity. The punishments were harsh and the environment was even worse. It was established he was very cowardly, weak,  and squeamish at a young age, such traits carried up to even in adulthood. He would often be ridiculed for this and be treated unequally among his peers and even with the staff. While he did by occasion had friends and friendly caretakers during his stay, he would often stay silent about it as he didn’t want others to get involved in his problems, as to his mind, he didn’t want others to have the burden of his problems and having someone solve his problems for him would in his eyes, truly show he is too weak to solve his own issues. He later graduated and returned to his continent of origin. He could meet up with or try to find his family again, but he had no clue where to begin and had grown dependent, being unable to find himself without direct guidance, both at fault of his own cowardly nature and the boarding school’s conditioning of his mental state. He was then approached by a representative of a secret organization, who had been monitoring his journey and wanted to propose a plan that would guide him well. This landed him a hefty career in espionage and surveying seedy groups and suspicious people for the organization he works for. Over the years, he was able to find out what his family of origin was, but couldn’t bring himself to meet them.
  • Xerxes’ blindfold is folded and wrapped around his head in a specific way where you are unable to see his eyes, but his vision is not obscured or impaired. It mainly serves two purposes, one is to hide his tears, and two, it is a self-made substitute for the standard “visor” R.I.A. Agents have, as it is a mandatory dress code in the organization to not show your eyes.
  • His favorite drinks consist of: Sweet Tea, Vanilla Milkshakes, and Strawberry Milk. Depending on what he consumes, he can awaken Xenolin, Xyliah, or Xenia respectively.
  • He is very much a shapeshifter, or to others, a changeling, such power was given to him after his “recruitment” to the secret service he swears loyalty to. However,  he is very reserved about how he uses his powers as he deeply dislikes being someone else, or using someone else’s identity even if the situation calls for it. But Xyliah, and Most especially Xerenogin ignore these sentiments and take full advantage of the shapeshifting capabilities.
“Xyliah”
Xerxes had the power of manipulating his appearance to better shape his espionage efforts, it was by this power that he was able to be proficient with his work. But a fractured mind like his after years of tormenting mental conditioning has left his mind in shambles, with his loneliness taking a high fault for his sense of self deprecation. But a part of him really did believe he was still capable and cheered him on even in his worst, better yet, he can feel it being genuine unlike when others say it. Thus, Xyliah was born, being his inner manifestations of self love, ego, and joy, she is a part of Xerxes' inner self that really did believe he was capable, being the one inspiring figure or reassuring friend he never really had. Over time however, she grew a bit too prideful of herself and began being overly ambitious and irrational at times. Becoming a more egotistical and selfish version of Xerxes when she was normally his inner therapist and cheerleader. But one thing that never changes, is her love and care for Xerxes.
  • Xyliah presents herself as a girl so Xerxes can take her words with more weight. Mostly in part due to how Xerxes is very troubled and will only do things if either told to or encouraged to do so. She often presents herself as his inner cheerleader, and most especially one that he knows is not lying to him. This is mostly stemming from Xerxes’ insecurities and self doubt to do things.
  • Xerxes is very hard to get a rise out of, the reason why is that Xyliah mostly takes the bulk of these feelings, allowing Xerxes to be modest and act respectful. But in return, Xyliah acts more uncontrollable and requires that she be released to exhaust these stored feelings, her most common feeling being arousal.
  • She is a bit of a chatterbox and unlike Xerxes, who doubts even his own judgments, doesn’t euphemize or stay silent about her opinions, often telling them in a broad and sometimes sarcastic tone. Since she also shares Xerxes’ opinions on many things, it is likely whatever she says, is something Xerxes thinks, but will never say out loud.
“Xenolin”
During his time in the boarding school and by extension, the organization he works for, Xerxes has set for himself various niche principles he follows strictly. He has created various standards for himself and always follows them regardless of his condition. Xenolin embodies these principles and wishes for Xerxes to follow them, while also ensuring that he doesn’t overwork himself. His designation as “The Limiter” insinuates his role as an arbiter for Xerxes’ well being and self control. Many cases include him using Xerxes’ own doubts against  him to discourage actions or speech he would deem unnecessary or unreasonable. Like Xyliah, he takes his role seriously and his care for Xerxes doesn’t waver in the slightest. What they both differ in is their mentality and their approach for Xerxes being happy. Xenolin is a bit cold and conservative about his efforts. Often being strict with what Xerxes can and cannot do, mostly out of protection from him embarrassing himself or committing something he would regret later.
  • Xenolin wears a jester’s hat fashioned with rat heads as to symbolize Xerxes’ past follies and reimburse the fact he has the role of a decision adviser to Xerxes, similar to how medieval jesters actually were the king’s most trusted advisors and could insult the king directly without punishment.
  • Both Xenolin and Xyliah have a strained relationship with each other and do not like to get along. Xenolin always wants to prevent her from influencing Xerxes too much, involving himself in everything where her presence isn’t needed, and also limiting her inflated sense of self worth that she just gets obnoxious. In return, Xyliah always tries to spite and antagonize him, often making jokes on how he is a fool, following the ignorant definition of a jester.
  • Xenolin is often referred to as the “Limiter”, mostly by Xyliah, mostly by his nature to prevent Xerxes from trying anything new as well as preventing her from showing her full prowess. To Xenia however, he is just called “The Vermin Man”, because of the rat heads and because he doesn’t know of her existence and is unable to limit her like Xyliah
“Xenia”
Xenia is an anomaly within Xerxes’ mind, she is a seed that was sown by a former mentor and caretaker of his, teaching him the ways of deception and how to manipulate minds, while also grooming him to believe a certain mindset that would render him a useful boon to the caretaker. All that grooming, rather than make him believe a mindset or ideology, has made him unhinged and paranoid, before the caretaker could remedy this situation, she was forced out of her role and was forbidden from being near the organization or even interfering with its agents. This history has later made Xerxes take special interest in deception and mind manipulation, his reason being that he would know if someone were to take advantage of him and he would know right away. While deep in his studies, Xenia has been learning much more adeptly and more effectively than Xerxes in how to perform manipulative actions rather than learn to detect them. Using this, she is able to “coach” and instruct Xerxes on what to say or what to do when he is in his espionage operations, usually as a way to cut time, meet and establish connections, or overall have a more deductive report after completion of his mission. She is the cunning and more self-sustaining part of Xerxes’ mind that took the caretaker’s teachings to heart. But with her being subjected into the dark recesses of Xerxes’ mind due to him being unfavorable with taking advantage of others. It was by this reason that both Xyliah and Xenolin are unaware of her existence, with only Xerxes being able to speak to or even acknowledge her.
  • Xenia presents herself in the appearance of a young, petite, small girl. Often for the purposes of manipulating and gaining sympathy from people. She is really good at pretending and is Xerxes’ reason as to how he is able to act properly when disguised. After all, why WOULDN’T you help a small, defenseless, blind, deaf, young girl begging for help? She also has a more “Mature” form she only takes in certain circumstances where her charms as a small girl prove ineffective, she rarely presents herself as such as she finds it disgusting and repulsive.
  • She has a small plush effigy doll of Xerxes on her person that she often carries with her everywhere. It is often used as a phone for talking to Xerxes specifically and listening to what he has to say about the situation with a simple pull of the pull string attached to the doll’s back. She often strokes the hair of the doll and can act very creepy when she is not trying to be deceptively defenseless and vulnerable. The doll itself vanishes when she is “tagged out” or demanifested.
  • Her official designation, by Xerxes is “Opportunist”, but she prefers her own version, being “Onlooker”. She has nicknames for Xerxes and the rest, with him being named “Mr. Weepers”, Xenolin being “The Vermin Man”, Xyliah being “Ms. Joy”, and Xerenogin, “The Puppeteer”.
Type:Null [Xerenogin]
Xerenogin, mostly referred to as Type:Null, is a manifestation of Xerxes’ mental conditioning. He sports no identity per se, nor does he have a personality outside of mimicking that of a loyal but soulless automation. He doesn’t talk much and stands as a statue if not called or summoned to be given direct orders. He is a conditioned director within Xerxes that both prevents him from going against the Organization he works for as well as ensuring that he completes his assigned operations. He appears incomplete and distorted, often tailored with ragged clothing and elongated, charred, and gargantuan hands that are a product of his malformation. His main use for these hands are to restrain dissidents and “expunge” memories from his prey should the palm of one of his hands meet the face of the most likely terrified victim. This event, is often adorned by glitched particle effects as well as a bright flash of light, the resulting event has the victim either unconscious with a poor recollection of the memory taken away as well as the encounter with Xerenogin, there is however a single case where lethal force was authorized and the victim evaporated in a nexus of bright light accompanied by distorted particles. Regardless, due to Xerxes’ efficiency and dedication to the Organization, Xerenogin is rarely ever called out, unless of course,  Xerxes’ life is put in jeopardy.
  • Apart from only speaking a few words in a distorted and glitched manner, he is mostly silent and does not talk normally unless addressing superiors, issuing targets, or self-deprecating his own safety and self with a muttered phrase: “Complete The Mission, That’s All That Matters” .
  • His “Name”, Xerenogin, is a wake-up phrase that is used to summon his presence and immediately focuses Xerxes’ priorities on listening for new orders while also forcing him to discard any current objective or action in the process.
  • Xerenogin is never manifested often and is only a lingering thought or flow of mind in Xerxes. There were only two instances where he was properly manifested and summoned where Xerxes was unsuccessful, one resulted in a complete mind wipe of an individual who put Xerxes’ life at stake to the point of nearly killing him should R.I.A. not have intervened, and the other was a “Pacification” procedure of a group of individuals who “Knew Too Much”.
“Deviation”
[{Text: Xerenogin is a different case when it comes to using his shapeshifting. He is vastly disfigured in terms of a manifested form and can often “leak” into the identities he assumes. This is why he never stays in a single form for a prolonged period, as sooner or later, the disguise will break by itself through glitch decay. His, and by extension Xerxes’, memories and perceptions of the identity he wishes to assume also takes part into what the form will be. Most recent encounters where Xerxes or Xerenogin have a clear memory of what the individual looks like produces a near perfect replica during the shapeshifting process. However, things like memory loss and negative past experiences has the resulting form be disfigured, based more on the emotions Xerxes had about the person rather than (Ideally) the form they have.}]

  • [{DetectDiscrepancies}(System: Discrepancies: Missing right arm; jawline cut in half; absence of lower legs from the knee down; hand-like appendages perturbing from the head; a false, enlarged version of the magic pencil lodged within back, specifically in the middle area of spinal cord; +9 Others)]
  • “Flavius is a well known fugitive wanted by the R.I.A. both due to his charismatic writing that could turn someone’s literacy against them and the magic pencil he has in his possession that is capable of warping reality itself. He is a high profile target with a high threat level. Recent rumors of his whereabouts indicate that he fled to another dimension to evade capture, either willingly or not, and is still being searched for.”
“Dissident”
[{Text: Xerenogin is a different case when it comes to using his shapeshifting. He is vastly disfigured in terms of a manifested form and can often “leak” into the identities he assumes. • “Ms. Sonnetto was one of the first founding members of the R.I.A. that first proposed the start of the Revenant Program. After creative differences and lack of cooperation with the other members, she was presumably exiled by the rest of the organization under specific parameters of secrecy, but after word spread of her violating the terms of service, she was subsequently deemed a dissident and committed treason against the organization, her search warrant goes in high priority as the knowledge she possesses can be detrimental to the R.I.A. Should she share these secrets to even one of the organization’s enemies.”
“Devouter”

  • “Sven is a seasoned member of the R.I.A., recently promoted to the station of “Administrator”, he takes very serious roles in the organization and handles many aspects of management that rivals that of the Leading Executives. His loyalty and dedication to the organization is paramount and has set a standard for what many recruits or newcomers should aspire to be and what current agents should strive for. Sven actively participates in field operations and yet still makes time for filing paperwork. Many of the organization’s “immature subordinates” often refer or joke about him being a robot or automatron, while others refer to him as a heavy workaholic.”
Onyxia Amnestiris Lorrenstein
Onyxia is the supposed lost sister of Timothy, being separated from him for the same reason of being abandoned by their original parents. Her path deviates from the person that first found them. Discovered by wood merchants, the twins were then handled and put under care by the company manager who was searching for the missing parents of the siblings, at the time, they were both babies. A mysterious group of servicemen then came to the manager’s office and said that the twins were theirs, the manager doubted the strangers and asked them to leave, being impatient with their treatment, the manager was murdered on the spot and the twins were taken. While the strangers were embarking their escape, they had lost one of the twins during their escapade, they had no time to recover as the workers were hot on their tail. The left behind twin being Timothy, and the taken one being Onyxia. It was there that she later was taken in by a mysterious syndication from beyond the seas, being trained and taught the way for the world from the people from said organization. Meanwhile, with the workers being unable to care for the left behind twin, they ultimately decided to bring him into a special orphanage, it was there that Timothy would later be adopted by Aedale Nephtur during her monthly trip to school the orphans. While the exact details of Onyxia’s life are still left in the dark, it is known that whatever syndication had put her under their wing, had immensely influenced her train of thought and perceptions of the world.
  • Onyxia is rumored to have been artificially aged and had her body “morphed” to suit her new role as an Arbiter. Though the exact details are unknown, it is commonly understood that she did not necessarily live a fulfilling life and skipped various stages of growth.
  • Her Staff is powered by foreign majicks of which is still very misunderstood by many examination specialists, it is hypothesized of it being a conduit of immense power that often leaks energies that is often soaked up by the handler and absorbed into their bodies, which would explain the inhuman capabilities of Onyxia and would explain the conditions of her eyes.
  • While she does not have a set priority to understand her place of origin or even find her long lost brother, she does ponder upon it from time to time, but never where she would like to use up her time or energy to find or even investigate anything on the subject, not even on a surface level.
Lilliwiess Soniya Revaria
Lilliwiess, or most commonly referred to as Sonya in a past life, is an ex-member of the Redshirt Legion that takes the role of mercenary to Onyxia and follows her orders strictly. She is a self-taught assassin that mainly took her experience of stealth play and evasive tactics from her training as an Altriarch specifically in the Ash Reaver Legion, a sub faction of the Redshirts. Prior to this lifestyle, during a more innocent time of her life, she was a governmental secretary that would often follow and sort the paperwork of the main group of people that were in charge of the whole continent known as Executors. But a tragic event enveloped the whole structure in disarray resulting in chaos and bedlam as an unexpected event had shrouded the continent in disorder, leaving the government to lose its grasp as the people no longer believed that it was capable of sustaining the landmass anymore. This whole event had left a mark in her, especially when in the chaos, a special friend of hers who she intended on marrying had died in the process. Following this, she no longer had direction, and like many natives of the continent, had also lost faith in the governing hierarchy and had no idea what to do. She doubled down on the peer pressure and joined a coalition that bears the colors of red and pyre with traces of charcoal on their banners. It was there that she began to change, as she no longer was the person she once was, at least, not anymore.
  • Her mask is an old souvenir of her days in the Legion, she had long abandoned it due to differences in leadership and how she no longer felt that it no longer was fitting the intentions it originally strived for when she was first introduced to it. She still does have connections with those in the legion however, a notable character, being Keith Merlot, an ex-Sergeant at arms now Chieftain of one of the sub factions of the Legion, the Crimson Iron.
  • The weapon of choice for her operations is the standard revolver, she is very exceptional markswoman with this pistol and is very skilled in terms of shooting targets through ricocheting and banking shots. She uses special slug rounds that are very rare for her to find, and costly to afford. So to make a living, she would take mercenary jobs and hitman operations for both her tonic addiction and ammunition. Her most recent job has her taking the role of hired gun for Onyxia, who pays her modestly not by money, but rather the things she would use that money for.
  • In a past iteration, She was originally a simple government secretary that had various roles to fill and was superficient in her role, who was a protagonist on early iterations. Like many old characters of mine, this was later added on to with the new lore added purpose for fleshing out the world of Compendia. In addition to her still maintaining the narrative of her being a secretary, she has been more fleshed out to be an antagonistic figure with more perks added to her character.
Aridon “Helipharian” Terentimishi
Aridon is a unique case in the fact that various accounts pertaining to his origins or his past are very vague and often contradictory. As of late, we still do not have a concise or accurate description of him or what he plans to do. As such, this description relies entirely on how he presents himself rather than a basic synopsis of his character. He rarely speaks during interviews and is a very evasive person, often able literally to paint a target right on his face, amass a huge following of attention, and not get hit once even while standing still. With that, he has this recurring aura that somehow makes people around him hallucinate. From accounts, it would appear that reality itself was against them, with the world warping in nature and properties of reality being manipulated for no real reason. This discovery has made him a priority target to take down, capture, and study. Notable traits about him include sadistic tendencies, lack of compassion for others, fast reflexes, and is well articulated in structure designing. He also is known to speak with a very eccentric manner and will often change accents because of “Because even I get bored of just having one personality”.
  • Aridon doesn’t play a role in any story other than Courtney’s Tale, where he is the main antagonist among the various faces in her Rogue’s Gallery. Playing a Joker to Batman dynamic with Courtney, he does not kill people as it doesn’t suit his nature or the lessons he wish to entail to his favorite detective. He made it his goal to get a rise out of her and try to instill his worldview unto her, something that not even his closest henchmen know the full definition of. But due to his history of fantasizing about sadistic tendencies, the worldview is even more obscured and unfocused.
  • He is a well-known influencer and entertainment specialist, able to harness and amass an audience  without trying too hard. His minions and henchmen mostly consists of brainwashed fanatics and enthusiasts who were influenced by Aridon’s charismatic and upfront manner. Most of the time however, their presence was caused by Aridon’s manipulation of both his content and the algorithms that push his narratives forward. He always has special lobbyists that manipulate the algorithms so as to allow his audience to grow more and more.
  • I am still really underprepared when describing this character, as my focus is entirely on the characters of the main three: Xerxes, Natalie, and Timothy. For now, Aridon as well as all other characters part of Courtney’s story remains as cookie cutter characters for now.
High Vice-Executor Christopher Hesrathion Hollowsbane
Although he goes by three different names, he most commonly prefers to be called by his last name, Hollowsbane. Being a widely known figure who rules with a strict but fair hand, High Vice Executor Hollowsbane, along with the gathering of other, less powerful district representatives referred to as “Executors”, governs the continent both before and after the tragic accident that once left both the continent and the government in shambles. Picking off what was left off after the tragedy, much of the continent is in civil unrest, fully in the mistrust of the government and misguidance of minor opportunistic groups and factions that only further divide the country apart. Hollowsbane himself is a dedicated man that is willing to do anything to restore the continent to its former glory or atleast revert it to the state it once was by any means necessary. His sense of vigor and determination is commendable to many, as such is the reason for his position being provided to him. He treats the now deceased High Chief Executor, who was basically the highest ranking executor that was tasked with arbiting and ensuring the debating environment never evolved into a shouting match, with vast amounts of respect and wishes to follow in his image, in a zealous manner. The job of overseeing the discussions of executors is now his responsibility, a responsibility he takes very seriously. Finally, he carries no love for the creatures that desecrated his world and the government he now works for, most especially the foreign threats that dare take advantage of a now weakened nation and seek to establish footholds and claim territories not originally theirs, he deeply despises traitors.
  • His former name, Christoff Landy, was an alias he went by up until the tragic even that shattered the entire continent and fractured the government that was in charge of it. He later abandoned the name and over the years, rose to power to get where he is now. Formerly, he was a cafeteria attendant in the capital’s cafeteria or lunchroom who wore a comically plump pumpkin mask for a headpiece, just like Lilliwiess, he was an old protagonist character repurposed and rewritten to fit the new lore of Compendia.
  • In early iterations, he was originally portrayed as a demon lord for a now scrapped concept called the Cycling Infernos, named Firidantos, he would be some demon lord that got bored of his job of torturing lost souls and would migrate to the surface world to enjoy the pleasures of the mortals. This was ultimately scrapped as it bloated rather than built upon the world I was going for. Another portrayal had him follow a similar path to Lilliwiess, where he would be drafted to a group out of desperation and despair, only, instead of the Legionaries, it would be the R.I.A. This version was temporary for a short while before ultimately resulting in the current version today, where his backstory would be recycled for Lilliwiess and his R.I.A. occupation would go to another character, Name Sven Faine.
  • He rarely ever leaves the sanctity that is the capital, he never even took one step out to the nearby grasslands the moment he assumed power as his time would be too occupied to perform such frivolities. He has also grown a bit paranoid of his well being, thinking that potential assassinations are imminent and people are just waiting till he comes to the right place or performs the right action to make their move, as such, he often only shows himself around board meetings and even so, he is accompanied by various armed guards. A rumor circulating as of late dictates that he underwent surgery to have his bones, most especially his skull to be replaced or modified with metallic alloys out of assurance that he would not die from unsuspecting or stray bullets to the head.

UGGGGGHHHHH that was a slugfest, but that was everything, I know it was a long time between my last post and this one and an even longer period of time since I did stuff like this, but if you like what I make both in writing and what I draw, be sure to support me or something. Or don’t, which is fine, of course. Will I keep doing this in the coming future? Yeah probably, this is mostly just a hobby of mine that was bred from pure passion and a grand tendency to make a fictional world to call my own. I still have a lot of characters to show, descriptions to fill, and tales to tell. In time, I will show all of them, but as of late, they are still stuck in sketchbook purgatory. Some characters like Lilliwiess and Hollowsbane are very old and originate from a bygone era of my world building, rewritten and redesigned to fit the new current narrative. While others are completely new and at the moment, are just experimental in terms of design and behavior. Like it or hate it, enjoy it or not, it was made with passion through and through. Criticism welcomed as long as it is fair ofc. Enjoy the rest of your day otherwise! Like, favorite, or whatever, and to all the text scrollers out there, how long did it take for you to reach the end?
