Description
This story is written by me. I like to make pictures using my raw emotion, then I sit and think of a story that fits the picture and expresses the emotion I used while making it.A man was so tired of hearing his wife running her mouth that he tied her up and taped her mouth then stuck her in a trunk that was in the closet. For approx 1 week he managed to keep the in-laws at bay, telling them she had ran off with another man. The In-laws didn't believe him so they got the Police involved and they searched the house. Needless to say they found her still alive, one of the officers pulled the tape off her mouth and it ripped her skin off, due to dehydration!

Eeire pic, it reminds me of a Twilight Zone episode, where a little boy had powers that can manifest what he wished for. A new babysitter/nanny arrived and she was warned never to anger him. She was told he had an older siser that nagged him and in his anger, he wished that she didn't have a mouth to yell at him. The woman was walking by a door where she saw the back of the sister who was sitting in front of the TV.
The scene shows what the babysitter couldn't see, a young woman with haunted, terrified eyes and no mouth.

Flawless! The texture does not overwhelm the model. The subtle dodge and burn brings a softness to this disturbing image. It goes well with the background lighting. Clearly one of the best jobs done in this technique.

OminousShadows In reply to beaxutixfulx3 [2009-05-08 04:27:36 +0000 UTC]
I used the patch tool to replace the mouth and nose and some burn and dodge tools to preserve/remove certain shadowing.

I've been here since 94, Its where my home is for sure! but I would like to travel and go other places as well yunno? one becomes rather stagnant no matter how glorious a land they reside in if they remain for too long!

I appreciate that, It is human nature to what to explore and/or look for something better. We wish to travel one day, far and wide, but we just wish to call Alaska home someday! Not just for it beauty, but also for it's Isolation!

BrokenWyngz In reply to OminousShadows [2009-03-12 01:06:16 +0000 UTC]
Its great for the isolation, I reccomend you checkout Wasilla/Anchorage/Eacgle river areas.
Fairbanks gets to be around 65-70 below so I generally tell people to steer clear unless they want to spend their winters in bars or inside playing poker or watching tv. ^_^
Summer time there is the exact opposite tho hit me up anytime about it

Thanks for the info, That helps us narrow our Alaskan target down.
With our we will make it come true!

In the summer YES for sure, in the winter too if you have a sled (Snowmachine) say snowmobile up here and you get funny looks ^_^
Also skiing is good, SNowboarding, all winter sports. Even kleeted dirt bike for Lake Ice racing, and pretty much all things winter related ^_^
The most interesting I have seen was the Ice boats that use a sail to cruise along the surface of the ice on top of lakes!
π: 0 β©: 1
OminousShadows In reply to BrokenWyngz [2009-03-12 18:18:16 +0000 UTC]
Ice boats... those are the ones point... ski's right?
I figured if you lived there, especially in a more isolated area you would need a "SLED" to get around from time to time!
It just sounds better with ever comment... are you sure you do not work for a travel agency haha!
π: 0 β©: 1
BrokenWyngz In reply to OminousShadows [2009-03-12 20:12:11 +0000 UTC]
Nope no travel agency ^_^ I build crazy machines, nothing to do with getting people to Alaska And yes the ice boats are on what equates to ice skates which allow the vessels to move around very quickly on the ice!
Most Alaskans have a "Sled" and also there are more small aircraft owners up here than in any other state because for some a small aircraft is simply a commuter vehicle and they couldn't get to work let alone civilization if all they had was a car ^_^
