Ozzy: (shoves drix out the way)and what gives you the right to tell me what I can and cant do hmm.

CNS Chief: this case is being taken over by the cns, and involves the cns and police of hector, not citizens

Ozzy: Citizen , im the best detective in hector (march up to CNS and pokes him in chest)

CNS Chief: im sorry mr Jones,i cant alow you to be involved in this matter , as far as my files say, you are a foreign cell in hector and should have been flushed years ago.
