Distemper is a disease dogs, cats, and some other mammals can get that causes cold-like symptoms (but is actually much worse than a cold, as it might actually kill them. Of course, as this picture is meant in lighthearted humor, no such thing will happen 9.9) Young animals are especially susceptible to it.
