Team Fortress 2 vs. Overwatch. Two weapon specialists and inventors from two rivaling FPS games, are about to clash in a fight to the death.I do not own either characters.

Definietely Engie on this one.
Torbjorn's Molten Core surely gives him an advantage, but Engie is a two-in-one when it comes to comparing TF2 to Overwatch. He can heal himself with the Dispenser, teleport around and build sentries, the last thing is the only that Torbjorn can do.
Add that to his many weapons like the Gunslinger and we've got a winner.
There's also the fact that Engie - at the moment - has actual feats.
