Pipers are the ‘leaders’ of the Butcher Gang and the most aggressive of the three. They get their name from the pipe wrench they use as a weapon. Pipers can talk the easiest out of all of them, even if it’s garbled and generally meaningless gibberish. Pipers will sometimes substitute their missing hand for other items they find."
