Extinction, the Omnitrix's DNA sample of a Vaxasaurian from the jungle planet Terradino.

One day, Alex was fiddling with the Omnitrix’s dial and accidentally input a code to unlock the 11th alien; Extinction. A giant reptilian alien, Extinction is one of Alex’s personal favorites. Despite the natural strength granted to them, a Vaxasaurian has the ability to expand their body multiple times over in order to gain a substantial boost in strength. The growing process causes a layer of dense, biological armor to grow over certain parts of his body. Albedo used an Ultimate Extinction to easily take down several aliens.

[ Powers and Abilities]

Immense Strength - Extinction is a large dinosaur-like transformation that displays tremendous strength. He is able to lift and throw heavy objects to a high altitude and into Orbit if thrown hard enough, and by simply stomping he can generate tremors. Extinction was able to effectively demolish two large weather towers. Another testament to his strength was combating against the godlike Sword of Ascalon and the extremely powerful tyrant known as Vilgax.
Immense Durability- Extinction’s skin is covered in a thick layer of tough scales that are essentially bulletproof armor. His skin is durable enough to withstand fire, heavy impacts, and even a fall from orbit. Barely anything can get past his skin, and if they do, they don’t go far.
Mace Tail - His tail is covered in sharp spikes, including a mace-like point on the end of his tail. He can use his thagomizer as a hammer and create powerful shockwaves if he slams it down.
Size Manipulation - Extinction has the ability to grow to great sizes, and he becomes much stronger as a result. Growing from 15 feet up to about 90 feet at will, his body will be layered by hardened dark armor around his arms, back, head and tail.
Powerful Roar - His roar can be extremely loud and equally as strong, this allows him to easily push back enemies or objects.

[ Weaknesses]
Exhaustion- Due to how the growth ability works, Alex cannot maintain the max height for too long before he begins to strain himself too much. The weight also drags him down and fuses him to get tired easily.
Environmental Hazard- Due to how big he can get, Alex must be extremely careful whenever he’s using the growth ability as he could cause unintentional damage.
Water- As a Vaxasaurian weighs a lot, even in his default size, Extinction is very heavy regardless and cannot swim effectively underwater.
Kaosseffexx Ultimasaurias- These creatures are the natural predator of Extinction, their bones are extremely dense which causes them to be extremely heavy. The second issue they have to deal with is the incredibly tough silk they produce.

Trivia:
If he were to have a voice, it would be Kevin Micheal Richardson.
Despite appearing brutish and violent, Vaxasaurian are actually very kind and friendly unless you provoke them into violence.
His nose is located on his forehead.
Besides general muscle strain, Alex gets a massive headache after using his growing ability for too long.
