My metal trees are inspired by nature and it's use of mathematics (google 1.618 and fractals). The leaves are hand or laser cut, the bases are hand made for each individual tree. I have made dozens of these and still do. This one in particular is a four way branch system (the trunk length is reduced by the golden ratio as are all subsequent branchings (look at your hand... distance from wrist to first knuckle, to the next knuckle and so on. Each of the measurements are a reduction of .618. It also describes the spiral of the galaxy and a nautilus shell and was first discovered by the Greeks). Prices range from $200 and up.
