Bio: General Rampage is an old foe of Wrath.He was once a police detective pursuing Wrath and James.Then during unknown events injected himself with many liters of Wrath's blood to become an even stronger Wrathling called a Supreme Wrathling.He then began his own army with mutant soldiers to use against Wrath.
