Description This is the only piece I've put in the time--or had the time--to finish while I've been on a break. Since he's an only child, I thought I could try something else with this. I thought the feel of this was definitely different from the Hyuuga and Uchiha ones . . . maybe good, maybe bad . . . Ah, I don't care because I love Shikamaru so much! This is how I imagine him . . . taking a break from sword practice to sneak a look at the clouds . . . His hakama, by the way, took forever because of all those little stripes . . . gah . . . almost died from it . . .

Insane is right. I very nearly went nuts making this thing. I would have put in clouds, but I wanted a really simple background to set him against! And I hate to say it, but I associate clouds with the Akatsuki . . .

I've been waiting to use these designs on his katana for a long time. I love greens and black, and I think they're colors that suit him particularly well. And you're the only one who's mentioned the sleeves being tied up! I can always count on you to catch all the details I try to put into a picture! You're really the best, Chappy~chan! And now I'm off to finish Inuzuka and Yamanaka . . .
