Brilliant photo mate, All I can say is I think you should use a smaller aperture for better depth of field.
And how do you always get such amazing detail from flowers?? Every single flower I've ever photographed in direct sunlight is always a blown highlight

The sun was pretty low when I took this one. Other than that, I haven't done anything special to get the detail. But there are some blown out blades here
