Update: Replaced main file for a brighter, clearer picture. Love this picture and I wanted it to look at it's best.Thank you, Tomoe, for being one of those characters that wears fancy clothing from time to time. The detail in this took some time, but the worst was trying to get this all into one frame. Took me so many tries XD I'm so happy I got it all in one frame, I was afraid I would have to cut half of the picture off.
