  I was ready to shoot him dead and leave that place were he was helding me captive when suddently, and without no warning, he charged at me in a unatural way. Somehow, deep inside me, i saw it coming; even so, it caught me off guard. My body fell onto the ground with a tremendus thud right after Stefano's fist made contact with my face. Ng-h...! Instantly, a uge pain arise on the corner of my lips. I took the back of my hand to my mouth and after placed it in my eye-view. Despite the impact of his hand had opened a small cut on my lip, it hurted like hell.

"Hm-m... Hm-m... Hm-m..." He hummed the tune of a laugh. "An advise... you should hold the cable tighter."

   My eyes widened in surprise before his sudden "alleged" advise. What?!

  "You don't know how easy it is to desarm peaple like yourself... so fragile... so... powerless..." He said kind of teasing me.

  I immediatly looked down; my gun was nowhere to be found. Apparently, it had flown out of my hand to really far away from me. Shit...

  "You're so stubborn Angella... and that annoys me..." He said with a disappointed expression spread all over his face.

Still down, with only eye-movement, i looked where my gun had slipped to.

"That little atitude of yours is--..."

Where is it? Where is it? I kept repiting to myself, still searching the place with only my eyes-movement.

"... and coming here, thinking you can overcome me... that's--..."

  Ah! My eye caught a medium-sized black object next to the stairs that leaded to the throne. I've to get there... I diverted my gaze to him; he was still rambling about how my atitude was reckless and careless. As it seemed to me, he was entertained enough with his own words and exaggerated confidence to notice if i was there or not, so i began to crawl towards the stairs aiming for the gun; all to get back my advantage. Ug--... ug-h... amost... almost... there...!

"Fufufu... where do you thing you're going, little bug?" I heard his fake-sweet voice as his footsteps indicated his approaching.

  On impulse, I threw myself forward, grabbed the gun, swirled on the floor so that i could be face-to-face with him, and shot against his chest. Gradually, his sark became painted with a vivid red stain.

  He looked wide-eyed at me for a while, but soon enough, he started laughing manically at me. "Did you really thought that would kill me?! How silly! You're such a dumb believer Angella!" He said still laughing. "Those are not even silver bullets!"

I started hyperventilate; i was really in dire straits.

"Your such insubordinate Angella dear. However..." Stefano crouched before me.

Frightened, i drew my body back with the help of both my feets and hands.

  "I can bend you..." He said with a melic voice. And, in a quick movement, he grabbed me by the throat. His grip was strong; i grabbed his hand with both mine and tried to release me, or at least, to loosen his tight grip, but it was all in vain. "What about we start were we left off? It would be a nice idea, don't you think?"

    I shook my head while gasping for air. "No... ple-...-ase..." I babbled terrified due to the idea of having once again his fangs on my neck.
