most of these flags are real ones off of FOTW but they're my countries from Lyra's home TL
this is for the kiddies so they can identify zeppelins overhead, know how to dodge enemy steamers on the high seas, understand the various sides in chromolithos of the crusades (which'd continue to the 1910s I guess), and just scratch the itch for knowledge in the Magisterium's carefully-weeded garden
presumably this copy is in the hands of the Republic of Heaven since "Rebellion Against Authority Is Obedience to Dust" is doodled in Enochian
