Possible spoilers ahead for those of you who haven't watched or played the Remake yet: I know I said I will continue this series but I'm afraid to say that I can no longer do it. Something I read spurred me on to watch all the cutscenes related to Zack which ended up with me watching all the scenes with Sephiroth in it, and the links to which are attached below. I ended up having a breakdown and I realized that I can't do this anymore, at least not at the moment. What you see up there is a compilation of the characters I had in mind for continuing my analysis/criticism/whatever you want to call it. If you look carefully, you can see that the same points I mentioned with the previous pictures repeat themselves here; namely the face structures, the jaw lines, lips, noses. And let's not forget what's of utmost importance, the characterization. Rude's chattiness comes to mind, but if I get myself started to list how and what, I'll end up doing what I'm trying not to which would be quite counterproductive. I wanted to do a couple or so more about Sephiroth, perhaps Zack even, but...see above. In the end I'd like to say that this submission is also some sort of apology for not making true on my word, and invite you to check out the Very Important Link below (a clip from Inside the Remake) because it accentuates the differences between the redesigns and the Advent Children ones and proves my point further more or less.
