Description
I colored the whole thing on my computer with a mouse. I HAVE a Wacom tablet, but for some reason instead of using it, I had instead elected the way of pain and eschewed it.
I employed a much brighter color palette than what's present in the photo reference . As such this character now looks bit more like Zoey from Left 4 Dead than Claire Redfield. Her jacket certainly doesn't look like leather anymore.
I really like how her jeans and face came out. I think I did the best coloring them (the top of her head comes in close second).
I definitely rushed coloring her flowing hair. The colors there aren't very visually interesting or appealing; somewhat basic. And possibly haphazard.
