I re-did a pic I drew a while back, maybe 2 years ago, of Machinegun Angel villains Rogue and Saffron. Saffron waits impatiently for her love to awaken after a serious accident left him severely injured and in a coma.The RUBICON hospitals are far more technologically advanced and modern than those in the outer sanctions.
