Like a recycling bin,
I actually thought,
It'd just be me and him.

I feel as if I'm screaming inside,
Willing you to hear,
But you're too far away,
My sadness crystal clear.

I feel as if I'm being left behind,
You moving on,
Others begging for attention,
The love we shared gone.

So what to do now,
In this empty space,
I need to fill it soon,
I need to feel safe.
