F I R S T . Go to your 'Downloads' folder, or wherever you saved the file.
S E C O N D . Unzip the file. You can use WinZip for this, or whatever. Google it.
T H I R D . Copy or cut the files inside the folder to your textures folder.
F O U R T H . Start up Feral Heart and enjoy.
