Guidelines
- The hatchling dekico must contain any of 2 color from the parents
- markings will start as 2 basic markings from parents with add ons of your choice
- uncommon markings will get 30% chance
- rare markings will get 10% chance
- perks and skills will be at 50% chance
- gender can be choosen either female or male
- you can design the hatchling yourself or someone else
- can get an Approvals once complete the breeding roll design
