Holy hell... I'm shocked... I didn't think anyone played it either... which is a DAMN shame. I mean.. there's a boss fight where you ride a cat, who intern is riding a missile! Riding a cat, riding a missile, AND CATCHING LASERS WITH YOUR BARE HANDS! It really just doesn't get much more awesome than that....
And YES Waku Waku 7 is just amazing. Mauru was quite literally a BEAST. I mostly stuck to Arina myself, altho Tesse and DANDY J were my second picks. Dandy J was just Joseph Joestar mixed with Indiana Jones... It.. it's hard to get more bad-ass then that. The entire cast was just amazing... god i love that game... I REALLY hope they release it on one of those Neo Geo collections or something, such an awesome game....

What sucks is, I'm such ass at that game, it literally took me YEARS to figure out how to beat the monkey guys mech. I felt like a dumbass when someone finally explained it to me.
Then the game glitched and gave me all the gold gems a few months after I beat the game. Not sure if I should consider it good luck, or resentment from an inanimate object.
Now that I think about it, I haven't even played anyone but Mauru. His damage output is so high, and his special is so devastating that I've never had to change characters. I should probably try one of the others next time I play, if just to mix things up and make sure I'm not just doing good because I picked a broken character.

My tastes tend to boarder on the obscure.... Hell, we already established the God Hand thing, as well as Treasure, the Neo Geo had some of my favorites, Waku Waku 7, Twinkle Star Sprites.. and oh man.. you can not pull me away from a Magical Drop 3 machine at ALL.

Hell yeah, I'm a pretty big Treasure fan. Mischief Makers, Silhouette Mirage, and Gunstar heroes are three of my favorite games.
