I forgot to post this art on here from Twitter (expect this to happen a lot since I'm not as active on here lmao)

I made an Vileplume OC, he's supposed to be an 'jokester' (or well an clown). I tried my best to make him a bit 'unique' from the usual Vileplume.
I do plan on drawing what he looked like as an Oddish and Gloom soon, but that's still an W.I.P. and thought at the moment.

Fun Fact: He's based on an boss from Pizza Tower.
