Description
Despite having drawn practically nothing Star Wars-related for a long time,

I knew my 1977th deviation would change that trend.
I knew I was gonna do a variant of the Devastator’s underside,
from the opening shot of A new hope.

And more recently a drawing by www.deviantart.com/mrember04 caught my attention,
set in a theater at Unova’s Pokéstar studios / Pokéwood,
inspired by Los Angeles’ Grauman’s Chinese Theater
(which also happens to be where A new hope premiered on may 25th 1977)
and made me want to do something about this visually striking location.

So arose the thought : why not both?

Why not combine the two…
the thought was carried to action.

Therefore I give you : the grauman’s auditorium,
but the ceiling is an Imperial-class star destroyer.
