So I didn't really yell about this here, but late last year, I actually had a chance to work on a short comic written by Mustafa Ali and Mike Kingston from Headlocked!The story was based on parts of Ali's experience pre-WWE, and I'm gonna share the uncolored drafts for two of the pages I had a blast drawing.

Seriously I think headlocked is an unsung hero franchise of the Indy comic scene..a story about pro wrestling,it’s ups and downs,where Kingston not only shows his knowhow as a fan of the sport,but even collaborates in the project with actual people from the industry with many wrs,teens ain’t written or co-written stories for the comic,he’ll kingston even comwrote Samoa joe and aj styles stories for boom’s wwe comic in special one shot issues. Now you of course get to do art for a story written by one of your fave guys on 205
