That is a very beautiful tea cup. Even as an antique, you can see that there is hardly any time-worn damage or physical weariness on the cup, plate and spoon itself. A lovely photograph

my grandma had tea sets like this all over her house. She even gave me one before she passed on. Unfortunately my oldest brother sold the rest.
And they were probably all antiques too.

That tea cup set must be really valuable and likely (maybe?) popular from the Victorian era(?)... Your set seems identical to that of one of the sets in a highly popular anime/manga series Kuroshitsuji. (Admittedly, that was why I clicked when I saw the cup...)
It is a very beautiful tea set. You are really lucky your grandmother was able to preserve the set so well.
Your composition of this is wonderful; the reflection of the flowers in the water, the gold handle and spoon pop out well against the white and pink, and that little sprig of pink sitting in the cup... It's just really pretty~
