I can't stop redesigning Vee... every time I draw him, it's always "Alright, tonight's the night I make his design more realistic" and then it inevitably becomes "Okay, so now he's even easier to draw then before". Vee is a very cheerfull poki for sure. He also gives me some inspirartion for my Eevee Line I wanna draw. Maybe they will be friends one day 
As for the Picture, I really like the Motive. The Position of Vee in combination with his outreaching paw is just loveable and.. right word: Daawwww!
Cool idea using that masterball there too. It symbolizes to me that he is saying: "Im the Champion. I got this!". This detailed fur work is also defenetaly to apprentice. Interesting too how Vees Color matches too the Wood. My favorite about him are the ears. But there are also some things tha can be make better, thought you say yourself to improve time by time. There are some White places and you coloured a Little bit much over the line there. The tail is pretty itslef, but Looks somehow not right and also very stuff. The feet also maybe seeming a Little it like two sticks. It Sound much crueler as I acutally mean it.
All in all, this is a very nice and lovly work
Keep on improving and creating fascinating stuff as you do!

Thank you for taking the time to provide constructive criticism! I do agree, there are several parts of the drawing I could make much better, and the tail is not drawn quite right, you are correct there. I'm working on improving, and I'll keep practicing until my art is the best it can be!
