You should make his shoulders broader, so he won't look so weak..and maybe try and get less contrast between the eyes and skin,not make them that black or something..also..his ear looks like it's too far up..*(but thats just my stupid opinion!)
this is my more sensible opinion(hm..): I love the colours you used, I especially like the hair, looks like it's really tangled up..so he's kind of a mad barberian or something I like his expression and how you managed to get the hair flowing..really great piece overall!
