Snapped this @ Katsucon '10. A lot of people were sticking their cigarette butts into this snowpile atop this garbage can, and thus... THE LEGEND OF THE BUTT CACTUS WAS BORN!!!Yeah, I know, it's kind of gross, but in a way... it's a freaking work of art!
