first off, this is just an awesome idea... using a clear ruler and having water flowing over it, it's just beautiful! 
and you probably didn't even do this on purpose, but I really like the fact that the numbers are backwards too... it makes them look a little more cryptic and it just adds something for me! and the title too... nice!!
