Well, I have written two books actually. My last one was kinda an auto-biography, and also a guide about how to express yourself in the martial arts. It was called "Sanshouxingyiquan: and commentaries on modern martial arts"...but, this book (the one with your picture in it), is all about how humans suffer, and what suffering can turn us into, and how can we use it to our advantage. Instead of using pure text, I use a combination of poetry, Art, photography, and philisophical discussion. If your a deep person, you should like it.
