Did you know you're only supposed to keep a fish in a bag from the retailers store for a maximum of one hour? Otherwise they can suffocate and die from stress. I've been raising fish and goldfish over nearly 15 years so I know a lot about them. Yay for fun facts.

And you know for a fact this fish was in that bag for over an hour? So I assume you were there.
You were there while this majestic creature was being violently tortured to death and you did nothing to stop it?!?!
Fucking scumbag!

How about contacting the artist behind this photograph if you are concerned?
And yes, I did know. You are not the only one who have raises fish in this world.

I did not read your other comments since I tabbed out of the picture and I'm replying to this via the feedback.
And if you had read the artist comments, you'd see that no fish were harmed in this.
my* by the way.

Did you know fish are usually in much more worse situations? And did you honestly think that taking a photo of the scene would take over an hour?

If you see the photo shoot she took it could have possible. Think about the facts---driving to the scene, setting up for the photoshoot and also taking photos of multiple fish and then driving home and setting them up or dumping them somewhere if you don't want them afterwords. It takes 30 minutes for fish to get adjusted to new temperatures in a new fish tank---so setting up at home takes a minimal of 30 minutes in itself. I know artists who have purchased animals for art and then just let them die after the process or have let them die from stress during the process.

Hm, that's true, but my dad's a photographer - used to be, anyway - and setting it up took less than fifteen minutes if you knew what you were doing. And nah, I don't think the artist was that cruel. Long live fishy.

So don't look at them? And don't comment? I doubt the artist appreciates this kind of comment.

Oh and it also reminds of me the Aquarius/Pisces imagery, except with one fish. I like that too.
