Futakuchimon is a shy and reserved Digimon that was trained by greedy tamers to live solely by consuming the minimum amount of food necessary. It seems capable of functioning all day with just one bite of meat, but the truth is that a life of limits made a second, more violent personality grow on the back of its head in the shape of a mouth, which uses Futakuchimon's hair as additional limbs to aggressively collect and consume as much food as possible during the nights. As a result, Futakuchimon's weight tends to fluctuate, requiring it to adapt its fighting style. Despite this, the relationship between the two entities sharing the body is one of camaraderie, with the one on the back of the neck protecting the rest of the body when it cannot fight due to being extremely full. It uses Special Moves like "Medusa Hairs," in which it transforms the tips of several strands of hair into snake mouths to devour its enemies in bites, and "Invisible Piano Wires," in which it extends several sharp hairs to create a lethal trap.
