A species of Mollusk Digimon that seems to have been born from an amalgamation of data found on the seabed. It is known as "The Witch of the Ocean" due to the feminine form it likes to take and its personality that combines cunning and bad temper in equal parts. On the other hand, It is also quite the diva so it's easy to win its appreciation if its musical skills are flattered enough.
When Sazaemon feels in a good mood, it delights whoever crosses its path with its melodious voice, interpreting one of its "Operas of the 7 Seas" which are capable of attracting demons from the depths of the ocean and other acuatic catastrophes. Its Special Moves consist of harnessing the magical properties of the pearl that acts as its head to conjure devastating magical attacks such as an omnidirectional blast of ice spikes (Glacier Urchin), and a demonic firestorm (Leviathan's Breath).
