Description acrylics/oil
4'/4'

In recent time I was a little bit confused in one matter..
I was used to create my art from the source without any sketching or planning, just surrendering for the higher force and following my intuition in perfect trust, jumping into the unknown in opening to the infinite possibillities and going beyond my conscious mind..
in this way I was always doing a lot of healing work, transforming energies..
Though now I had to go back to some things which I neglected before in order to perfect and expand my skills and I am trying doing sketches as well..and I want to learn build composition and structures from geometrical forms , I want to have anatomical knowledge of human body and much more
But this time still it was for me impossible and being driven by my spirit I created something totally different in my primal way
After long break without painting when I was recently returning to this medium and working some with acrylics I was very frustrated and I was telling to myself that I will not paint in closest time again and that I want to go back to my belowed coloured pencils..
so really I don't know how it happened that I am coming up with a new painting but I am now joining acrylics with oils and this makes flow and shading more possible.I am actually starting to like painting again and I see this step as beginning of something new for me
and literally it is like that, I am again feeling as a kid learning to paint from beginning.
I started this picture longer time ago when I was connected to my guide Thoth.
I was able to continue work over this picture in time when Universe sent to me a book about queen of egyptian magick Isis. After that I saw so many connections and it came to me name "The Birth of Isis".
I had something about 4 weeks on finishing this painting on the new art show opening in our gallery and this was for me pretty good challenge.
I had literally give birth to her, and to experience this painting deeply on myself, to become Isis, the base was here of course mental work. This all have for me hidden very beautiful symbolism and meaning and serves as very important reminder about direction of my path and about my divine guidance. Painting is not really finished, though finished for now. This is all I could do in this very short time.
I know body is not anatomical at all, but it is not a body at all, rather symbolical expression of shapeshifting, transforming energies and spirit.
I know that colours are very raw..this picture is more graphical than painting like..but I am willing to improve myself also in this direction in closest time.
I am now even more confused...I don't know if with my conscious mind I would can to plan something like that..
I will learn planning to creating other stuff but creating from the source I think I want to stay open to infinite possibilities..I want here to surrender..
well..I hope you will enjoy my new work!

my colours in this case are still very raw..and yes, intense
and for some people seeing this picture live this red was some disturbing
but as I am the aries I have this weird attraction to an intense redness..
and I am red self-existing skywalker and red moon is my higher self..
and additionally I noticed that I like putting close together extremes..like red close to blue..
and absolutelly I love an intense warm yellow, it is so healing for me
and a warm green too..
I quess I really like such intensities and contrasts in paintingthat's like colour theraphy for me
though for sure I will take care about this that with time my palette will be more rich!

I would love to see some of this works..

I understand your dilemma - I was also often quite unhappy about my lacking drawing and sketching skills - but that doesnΒ΄t mean you have to study anatomy. There are other methods to switch on your perception of a "real" subject and make your hand paint, what your eyes see, and not what you think you see. I recommend Betty Edwards drawing school "Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain", which I think is the best alternative to the traditional art school methods.

Anyway, your painting is wonderful, no reason to be frustrated about anything!

Thank you so much Nanette!
eyy!I exactly started to read this book some time ago!!..though then I was distracted by many other books..I will have to come back, definitelly I want to make all this exercises!
another very good one I found recently is "Drawing the light from within" by Judith Cornell
Yes, you have right, study of anatomy is not so very necessary
and I don't need to know what name of every muscle is,
but I think still I want to know at least a little bit and on basic level how muscless underneath our skin are working and where they are going..this always enchances our awareness about human body
and human body is such a miracle, I realized this much deeper only recently
but yes, to creating from the source we don't really need it

I also didnΒ΄t read the whole book, but only few of the tasks recommended enabled people to draw really good - once in a while i give classes, and using the techniques described in the book of BE really encourages people of their artistic potential.
I like all your work, especially because of your view towards the structures and textures we can find in nature. I just love your work.

thank you I love studying structures and textures in nature and through this flow of the life force energy, how everything was created, that's soo very inspiring for me and for my art!
I am always in ave by the great intelligence behind it all
we both should try to finish this book I am very curious how it will improve our present skills!
