Initially Ink wanted to follow the meteor. She thought that perhaps she may find answers where it landed.But in the end, she decides that it's not worth it.
Self preservation trumps whatever answers she would find.
She heads in the opposite direction.

Go be safe ink. This is a beautiful one too, i love the colors and scenes of both, but this one really gives that impression that she is going a different way.
