Beautiful!
It gives me the impression of being outside very early in the morning, when everybody is still asleep. Everything is so quiet and the new day still holds so many promisses.

I also love how sparkly the asphalt looks. The stars are no longer in the sky, they are on the road.

I don't really know what the description means....

I do know that I think b&w was the right choice here....makes the contrast of light more stark...
and the angle is really cool

Nice light and contrast, lines and movement, nice work. Yes, for me descriptions are important, and if you are serious about your work, the are mandatory. If you ever submit to magazines, etc., you have to write descriptions, and also the tech background of the shot, in sentence form.
