This is really great, I have taken a few firework shot myself on the 4th but they aren't half as good. I really like the silhouettes, they add so much depth and charachter to the photo. Also nice job with the coloring, the tone is beautiful and it makes the smoke look like an aurora borealis or something. Where was this taken?

It depends on the picture but the latest firework shots I have enhanced the contrast and edited the colors [link] <-- that was the original photograph.

I thought you might have done something like that. I would have been surprised if those fireworks had all been that color. But still, wonderful photo! Good job!
