Description
I found this beautiful little girl on the side of the road by the lake in picture butte earlier today. She has injuries to both her eyes and possibly her nose and she was very scared to trust us after what some MONSTER most likely did to her. She almost got hit by an SUV in the process of catching her but thankfully there are still some good people in the world that will slow down. she then made her way down the rocks towards the water and I feared big time that she was going to end up on the ice and fall into the lake.
when my mom noticed me crawling down there to get the kitten, knowing how dangerous that was, she yelled at me to leave her. but of course, when an animal's life is in danger, I will risk my life for it NO MATTER WHAT! I finally caught her and brought her back to the car. As I already have five cats in a small living space and no money or a way to provide health care and medication for her, I called Last Chance Cat Ranch and they took her into their hands.
I am extremely thankful that there are still some people around that care! thank you very much LCCR! We named her Ingrid.
And of course, if I couldn't find someone who is in better standing than I am to take care of her, I would have done everything I possibly could with 11 years of experience with cats to provide for her, to love and care for her, and to heal her wounds. I never give up on something I love! <3
when she finally warmed up to me and realized that I was trying to help her, she hugged my arm tightly and snuggled her little head into my neck and purred up a huge storm! I literally started pouring tears. it was the most beautiful thing I've ever experienced in my life! :')

Never give up on someone or something you love and care about deeply. I am an animal lover and I am very obsessed with cats especially, so I will never give up on an animal when it needs help, is sick, or in danger. And if it puts my life at risk just to save a furry friend's life, then so be it! <3
