I think overall, you've made a nicely balanced piece of work here. There's a wide range of values, good framing and composition and a solid color palette too! But lemme go more in-depth on a couple of those.
The values are great! You've got some dark shadows and really bright highlights in there! You're really pushing the values to contrast around the eye areas where the light is most intense and the shadows match that intensity and then get more subtle the further away from the eyes you get. It really pushes your focal point forward! His whole body is pretty visible though, and I wonder if his torso and arm should be hidden in more shadows than that. Kind of darkening everything around the eyes so they really POP! Changing the values in the background can also push your character forward more, though I love that you gave the background some texture instead of leaving it blank! Smart choice there!
About the color: I love the tones you've chosen and think it all works well to set a mood for the image! I wonder how the mood would shift if you threw some colors into the shadows. Not like super saturated tones, but compliment the red with some subtle dark greens or purples, something to give the red parts a little boost!
Last thing I'll touch on is the character's pose and composition. I LOVE the fingers framing the eye like that! Truly menacing and pulls you in! The only thing I can say about this is that maybe the pose could be more dynamic (like his right arm, positioning it differently?), but overall I think you did a good job of keeping everything clean, balanced and readable. I think that right arm is the only thing that's getting me about his pose, but only because it's so close to his body and not really doing anything.
