Good basic shape..

..though, I'd suggest you add more shading to the bottle, give it that feel that its either transparent or rather 3d, either you feel more suited toward. You could also do away with the black outlines of the outer bottle by using a darker colour oc the bottle....I think this will also increase the appeal of it.

You can even, if you want, go a step further and add an animation and have a fizz of something along the lines of a slight spewing out of the contents...running down the bottle, disapear, repeat.
