My head cannon for underfell frans (dating status) is they argue a lot, but they still love and care for each other. Sans Fell is a hot tempered mallow. Frisk is always in her own world, browsing the undernet-- secretly taking pictures of Sans and posting it in her social media pages. She also 'cause mischief to Sans to get back at him from "bullying" her.
