I mean, what am I even doing anymore at this point. Just pure pain.
Also don't think I somehow magically know how to animate straight up this smooth animation in 2D. This was a.. process.

A process which involved me walking around in a mocap suit over a year ago, modeling Yail as a skeleton, using that mocap data to put it on said model, cleaning up the 3D animation, then getting a great stupid idea to rotoscope and animate the thing in 2D on top. And here we go.

You can see my evil bastard move.

I should probably do more 3D animation related things on my free time and not just at work. I suppose I never just picked it up because it takes so much time and effort and on my free time I don't always want to do the same things over and over again. But perhaps in the future you'll be seeing more of my 3D projects.
