You slept in Late as today was supposed to be an important day to get your Haunter Evolved at a trading event. As you got to the location, Every trainer that participated already has a Gengar of their own while you feel upset that you were late

One trainer Noticed you and walked over to see what's wrong with you, You tell them that you slept in late and was not able to participate in the event yet you really wanted a Gengar of your own. They were hesitant at first but they tell you of a story about a strong Gengar that lives on a Mountain where the Rock tunnel is that leads Trainers to Lavender town, it only appears at night and attacks trainers that are Alone.

Your eyes lit up as you wanted to catch this Pokemon they were talking about, you thank the trainer about the whereabouts of this Gengar yet you didn't let the Trainer say Why nobody has ever caught it as you ran off and flew over to the rock tunnel on your recently evolved Charizard.

As nighttime came, You were fully prepared to capture this Gengar as you bought a ton of ultra balls. You send out your Raichu to Light Your way up the mountain as you were eager to catch this Gengar. As you Climbed up the mountain, you feel a chill but assumed that it was just the temperature of climbing high up a mountain

Yet Your Raichu was alert and it growled at your Shadow, you found a point to rest but the Raichu immediately zaps at your Shadow. From your Figure, a Wild Gengar appeared as it scowled at your Raichu from preventing it's ambush.

Raichu used thunderbolt and it hits the ghost pokemon, you hoped that it would immediately paralyze the Pokemon to make the catching easier but the Gengar was still standing. The Pokemon used a Poisonous Jab at your Raichu and it goes flying as it takes Poison Damage.

Raichu uses Volt tackle to try to take a huge chunk of energy from the Gengar but it Swifty uses a Poison attack that doubled in damage to your Raichu, making it Faint before its attack hits.

You kept sending out Pokemon yet Luck wasn't on your side to give the Gengar a disadvantage, It took out Your Arbok,then Vaporeon, Victreebel, and finally Your Persian. Leaving you with your last Pokemon in your Party, Charizard

You send out Charizard as you had to give the Gengar one good hit to get it to be easily caught in a Ultra ball. The Charizard Used Flamethrower but the Gengar Counters it with Shadow ball, Splitting the flames in two. As the Shadow ball hits Charizard, Gengar used Poison Jab while it was distracted but Charizard hits the Gengar with a Fire Fang.

Both Pokemon got affected by their moves effects, Gengar was burned and Charizard was poisoned. You Panicked as Gengar could Faint if it kept getting hurt by the burns. You rummaged around your bag for a ultra ball. The Gengar Noticed that you were distracted and it uses Hex on the Charizard, Knocking it out.

You finally got a ultra ball but you were now faced to face with the Gengar, the Pokemon lunged at you and you throw the ball at the Gengar. The Pokemon Swiftly hides in your shadow to avoid the ball. you suddenly feel weak as something grabbed your soul.

The next day, a hiker found your pale body on the ground, 6 broken pokeballs and all your potions were used up. Officers were confused with what happened but your cause of death was just unknown to public while the Gengar got away and released all your Pokemon into the wild.
