Description
After killing Krew at the Weapons Factory with his own Piercer Bomb (nuke) and the following surprise invasion from the Metal Heads into Haven City, you find out that Krew sent his righthand man Sig on one last mission into the Under Port with the Ruby Key that was recovered from the statue of Mar in the sewers.

The Under Port is a series of connected ancient stone structures from early Haven City that have been submerged under water.
