(Yes, yes, I know Lilith-Astarte released this as one of the several pieces of concept art for the game over a decade ago, but I highly doubt she's on DA anymore, and the game is highly obscure, so I doubt anybody is going to sue me over this).
Full title would have been ''This Character has been infected by The Filth / Has a Filthy counterpart'', but predictably the title was far too long for DeviantArt.
Nevertheless, I give you some fun in the spirit of Halloween.
NOTE: Unfortunately, at the time I'm writing this, I haven't played The Secret World / Secret World Legends enough to provide enough details about the Filth.
It manifests in the world as what I would describe as ''Lovecraftian zombie infection'', but it's in truth the reality-twisting influence of the Dreamers, the eldritch deities who are effectively the game's greater scope antagonists.
Affected people transform into monstrous beings and seem to exist in a crazed state, rambling incoherently like madmen. Also according to variosu reports, the afflicted people suffer from various mental effects such as nightmares before the transformation properly kicks in.
